Hori's latest joystick covers one's lap and is constructed in a sturdy fashion. Other joysticks may creak, but this one is pretty solid and no amount of squeezing, shoving, or pushing could make it squeak. Not once. The buttons are laid out comfortably, although we would have preferred a little more distance between the stick and the two rows of buttons. A set of switches located on the upper left corner of the stick toggle slow motion and offer two levels of rapid fire to every button.
