We import these Japanese gaming systems exclusively in order to provide unique color choices and limited editions unavailable in mainstream stores.
Because it is impossible to redeem a warranty on import hardware or a system if it is intended for sale only in Japan , VGC is offering its own Lemon Policy on these imports.
If you have purchased a system intended for sale and use by consumers only in Japan (an “import system,”) and it stops working within 30 days of receipt, we will provide repair or replace the item with the same product (at our discretion). |
